Recorded at Big Sky Studios in the Scottish Borders, this musical composition by cellist Wendy Weatherby, with lyrics by David Scott and sung narrative adapted from the words of Grassic Gibbon concentrates on the relationship between Chris and Ewan Tavendale and the effects of the World War I on the land and it's people.

Deeply emotional collection of song and music. Traditional tunes weave through the words and the strong images of love and loss.
